SHIPPING POLICY

The New Standard Is owned and operated by Ruidian Clothing AB.
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
The New Standard is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
THE NEW STANDARD SHIPPING
The New Standard delivers to the following countries:
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Finland
- Norway
The New Standard orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, The New Standard will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost: 69 ZEK
The New Standard offers Free Shipping on all orders over 499 ZEK.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown on the checkout page.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, The New Standard runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the checkout page.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
The New Standard provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
DELAYS
The New Standard is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, The New Standard is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
The New Standard will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
The New Standard recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. The New Standard is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
CUSTOMS TAX
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which The New Standard makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
